Amazing Profits From Your Investment

By nature, I tend to be suspicious of “get rich quick” programs, and for this reason, I would recommend caution about John Beck’s Amazing Profit Real Estate System. If you look into this, I would recommend also doing your research and looking for other points of view regarding what he offers. But if what he offers is really the exception to the rule, then lucky you.

According to his portal, John Beck has listings of high value houses that are now being offered at incredibly low costs, and he says that if you buy a house, you can resell it at a very huge profit. But if it were as simple as that, you would not need any more information from him. From what he says, it is more than just that. Beck says that he has developed a system which involves working with tax breaks, liens, foreclosures, and the like which would also be complementary to your real estate deal of choice.

Do not be under the impression that Beck is selling houses. What he is actually offering is information on real estate in the form of 3 book discs, newsletters, and coaching. His first book, John Beck’s “Free and Clear Real Estate system” is about his system which includes taxes, directories, and ways to buy real estate online or by mail, among others.

His second book, entitled “Land Bank, John’s Personal Picks” is a listing of properties he himself has invested in, using his own personal strategies as described in book one. He thus offers these profits to others, who themselves can sell the property online at an even higher price.

His third book, entitled “Property Vault” contains a list of some 1.8 million properties all over the States, and is constantly updated on sales and auctions. Note that Beck says each book is complementary to the other, to it is presumed that for maximum benefits of his system, it is advisable to obtain all three, plus personal coaching. Finally, there are newsletters available on the latest updates and he suggests that you sign in for them.

Personal coaching is offered by telephone, as well as seminars which he gives regularly. My question is, if there is so much money to be had on real estate, why go into the selling of information about how he does it? If it is out of philanthropy, it need not be sold, or done at so costly a price. If it is as added income, I would think that the time spent on preparing the materials would be better spent on time continuing to do what he writes about, instead.

So I am in no position to endorse his program, as I myself have not availed of it, nor can I say it is a bad thing, precisely for the same reason. More to the point, do your research before anything else. It has been stated elsewhere that Beck is being targeted by the Federal Trade Commission for possible fraud, that complete information is not always adequately disclosed to customers, and that buying one product, one is lured to buy another, and another and end up spending more than one intended. If getting rich were that easy, then everyone would be a millionaire.
